Our plastic welding material and process have been tested by Pira International in accordance with test conditions for moulded and extrusion plastics BS EN ISO 527-2:1993. The result showed that the tensile properties of our weld repair reached as much as 71.6% of the virgin undamaged material tested and averaged 521 N force on tensile strength. Results achieved through using High Density Polyethylene welding material MG7547B which has excellent impact strength and low distortion even at low temperatures.
