PPS Equipment Management Ltd in partnership with PK Logistics GmbH of Germany can now offer a pallet exchange service to any UK users of europallets. The service is primarily aimed at companies who, in the past have had to purchase europallets but which are seldom returned.

How Does it Work?

You advise us of the number of europallets you require and where / when you need them.
We deliver the agreed quantity of europallets to your location.
You load your goods and send out the europallets to your customer.
You advise us of the destination(s) of the loads.
We will arrange to collect the used pallets from you at the final destination. We have a network of over 10,000 registered drop points throughout Europe.

New for Used

One of the great advantages of this service is that we can deliver any requested condition of europallets to you (including new or kiln dried). All we request is that you return the same number of europallets to us at the destination – we will accept return of second-hand pallets. In other words this is an “open pool” system where it is unnecessary for you to return the same europallets we delivered to you at the despatch point.

What Does it Cost?

We charge a simple exchange fee per pallet – this will vary slightly depending on quality required and ultimate destination or drop point.
The exchange fee will offer you a saving on outright purchase of pallets!
For small quantities (less than 250 pallets) there will be a small return fee. Quantities greater than 250 pallets do not incur any return fee.
